Let’s WRAP – Life Skills

A Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) training is an empowering evidence-based workshop designed to help individuals take charge of their own mental health and well-being. Rather than a clinical “treatment plan,” WRAP is a self-directed system for identifying personal resources and developing tools to stay well.
